<dcterms:description><![CDATA[Kenneth tells a story he heard General Krulak tell the session before. He describes the big day in which General Taylor and Deputy Undersecretary Johnson would be coming to the seminar. The course was described as monitored by the President, and was lauded for setting precendent for a new kind of training. General Taylor discussed with a seminar group the problems facing insurgency in Thailand, and although none of them had been there, they spoke quite knowledgeably on the issues, paying particular interest to fighting insurgency. Kenneth also discussed ways of evaluating the course. ]]></dcterms:description>
