    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Kenneth had good relations with the Thai. As such, he was to be honored with the Order of Exalted White Elephant award. However, as he was not a general, he wasn&#039;t able to receive the same ranking of White Elephant as the generals in the group. As the White Elephant was the top decoration given by the Thai government to foreigners, they still wanted to honor Kenneth highly, deciding accordingly to designate him a third class White Elephant.  ]]></dcterms:description>

Beginning on July 20, 1976, recording finished in June, 1978. The project resumed again in 1982 for a few months. After a long break, the third recording period began in 1988 and concluded in March 1989.]]></dcterms:provenance>
