<dcterms:description><![CDATA[Abbot Low Moffat received a tiger skull ashtray from the Thai government. When Moffat left Southeast Asian affairs, he also left the tiger skull. Kenneth took it upon himself to keep it in his office. When Nixon saw it, he claimed he would get a bigger tiger skull than Kenneth's and he did: "I TOLD YOU I'D GET A BIGGER ONE THAN YOURS, AND I DID!!" Kenneth also tells of a joke of sorts in which Colonel Wilfred Smith presented him with a tray which held a tiger head skull on it--the skull not being part of the gift. ]]></dcterms:description>
