Kenneth on the Legendary Grass at Their House on Fulton Street

Dublin Core

Title

Kenneth on the Legendary Grass at Their House on Fulton Street

Description

Kip remembers an article in the newspaper about the Landons working to put in a special new kind of grass on their terraces. When the Landons moved to 4711 Fulton Street in late 1944, there was no grass, no shrubbery, and no trees. The Landons decided to turn the liabilities of the bare terraces into something special. Kenneth tells of their Dutchman neighbor who didn't want to have anything to do with the Landons and how their paths crossed in foreign policy matters.
