Kenneth on a Party Peggy Threw at the House

One day Peggy decided to give a party. She held it in the Landons' living room. When the party was going, a large group of kids crashed the party uninvited. Peggy just told those fellows how they were going to have to behave. The boys were hunting for a bottle of liquor, but there was none in the house. Some of her friends left because there was no alcohol. Kenneth was so cheered by it. The party was a great success.

Over a course of 13 years Kip Landon (Kenneth Landon Jr.) began recording stories from his parents, Margaret and Kenneth Landon, resulting in 95 hours of recordings. Beginning on July 20, 1976, recording finished in June, 1978. The project resumed again in 1982 for a few months. After a long break, the third recording period began in 1988 and concluded in March 1989.
