Title
Kenneth on a Shabby French Scholar who Used Kenneth's Documents
Description
Kenneth received a letter from a French scholar who was writing his dissertation at the University of Paris, asking if Kenneth could provide him with copies of the economic plan and other documents. Kenneth sent him the documents and the scholar's mentor objected that these were documents that were in the public domain. On hearing this, Kenneth explained that the doctoral candidate's mentor was referring to different documents, and that ignorance of the Thai language was the reason for this confusion. The dissertation was subsequently published.
