Force of Personality

Jonathan Blanchard was “never mild about any issue and was known to talk out of a Sunday Sermon if he disagreed with the pastor. Nor was he too dignified to punch an opponent in the nose.” 1 The strength of his beliefs caused him no end of controversy during his life. His actions in his lifetime were mostly in support of these beliefs. Jonathan and Mary followed their moral compass even in times of hardship.
